About the Course
Successful Community Management builds upon the concepts learned in How to Start an Online Community by revealing the behavioral sciences that drive repeat member behavior. These theories, validated by years of academic research, have been carefully applied to our activity-driving tactics.
This course is anyone who wants to excel in online community management. The concepts covered in this course will help you to drive more organic growth and repeat activity, and will also help you to build key bonds between community members. You'll learn proven conflict resolution techniques, and will understand how to optimize your content and events. If your job entails managing an online community on a daily basis, you must take this course.
By the end of this course, you'll have a clear strategy for the daily management of your online community that's been reviewed by an experienced community manager. You'll understand how to measure and optimize each stage of the member conversion funnel, and will know the exact kinds of content that incentivize member activity. You'll also learn exactly how to build your on personal influence within your community.
