About the Course

Hi, my name is Richard Millington and I’m your instructor for the Successful Community Management course. 


I’ve spent the past 15 years helping many of the world’s largest organisations build successful communities of customers, fans, employees, and many other audiences. 


The purpose of this course is to help you master the fundamentals of growing and managing a community. I want to help you become really strong at the core skills all community professionals should possess. 


During this course, you’re going to learn:

  • The different types of communities you can build
  • How your approach shifts by the type of community you’re building. 
  • How to use that psychology to attract people to join your community.
  • How to keep people highly engaged in a community.
  • How to build a powerful sense of community.
